The Marine Division 

 

The Marine Division, the central and absolute core business of the Management Facilities Group, organises the daily management of the fleet, comprising product-(oil) and chemical tankers and multi-purpose(dry cargo) vessels. The area in which the dry cargo vessels operate is mainly Northwest Europe and the Mediterranean Sea. These vessels sail with bulk, wood products, steel products, pieces goods, containers and project cargoed among others. The product and chemical tankers sail mainly in Northwest Europe.  

 

 

The shipping groups Marin Ship Management and Flagship Management Company apply the concept of integral management. It starts with the supervision of the building of new vessels and goes on to the organisation of personnel, technical and financial matters. 

 

 

The Marine Division is currently working on management assignments from eight Swedish, Finnish, German and Dutch shipping companies. Marin Ship Management handles work for the dry cargo carries belonging to the Swedish owners Erik Thun and Ahlmark Lines, for Nordic Chartering and Bore Shipowners, both from Finland and for the Dutch E.P.Shipping & Trading. Besides this they handle the tankers for Brostrom Tankers, Erik Thun en Ahlmark Lines, all from Sweden. Flagship Management Company takes care of the management for the dry cargo vessels belonging to the Rederij K&T Company from Delfzijl. Roughly one third of the fleet consist of tankers and two thirds of dry cargo vessels.
